Scarplay Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

This Terms and Conditions document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing the relationship between scarplay ("we", "the platform") and each individual who registers or uses our services ("you", "member", "user"). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and scarplay.

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and use the scarplay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above or the legal age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Not prohibited by any local laws or regulations from participating in online gambling activities.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list of any recognised gambling regulatory body.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) Scarplay account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Inaccurate information may cause issues during the KYC process and fund withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. scarplay will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Scarplay supports a wide range of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including bank transfers, FPX, and approved digital wallets. All deposits are processed instantly, while withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated on the platform's Deposit page.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring special consideration.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC process. Members who have not completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Scarplay reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits as a security measure.
• Failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect bank account details provided by the member are solely the member's responsibility.

Any attempt to transfer funds between different member accounts or to commit any form of payment fraud will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Scarplay offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special festive promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms that should be read carefully.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Scarplay reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in each promotional offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reactivated.
• Scarplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to active conditions for members already participating.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the scarplay platform are subject to their respective specific rules, which can be found within each game. However, the following general rules apply to all games:

• System decisions are final. No settled bet may be voided unless a proven technical error on scarplay's part is identified.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, scarplay will attempt to restore all affected bets based on system data. If restoration is not possible, scarplay reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet amount to the member's account.
• The use of automated software (bots), third-party tools, or any method designed to exploit the gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• For Live Casino games, members are required to conduct themselves respectfully towards dealers and other members. Inappropriate or threatening language will not be tolerated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the scarplay platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Money Laundering — using the Scarplay platform to transfer or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Identity Fraud — registering or using an account under another person's identity without their consent.
• Collusion — secretly colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Hacking & Exploits — attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the systems and infrastructure of the Scarplay platform.
• Bonus Abuse — registering multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to claim bonuses more than once.
• Payment Fraud — using stolen or unauthorized credit cards or payment methods.

8 Data Privacy & Security

Scarplay takes the protection of members' personal data seriously. All information you provide during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with our detailed Privacy Policy. Your data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your scarplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be returned to you once KYC and security checks are completed.

Scarplay reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Member failed to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• There is a directive from the relevant authority or regulatory body.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, scarplay reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending completion of an investigation.

10 Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The scarplay platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues.

Scarplay shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Money lost as a result of game outcomes that did not go in your favour.
• Losses resulting from technical disruptions or scheduled system maintenance.
• Any act or omission by third parties, including payment service providers.

If any dispute arises between you and scarplay, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process.
